These sterling silver post earrings suspend a fully pavé-set heart charm from a small round cluster stud, the whole surface covered in 226 lab-created cubic zirconia stones split between clear white and deep black. As the photos show, each heart is domed and three-dimensional rather than flat, with the two tones meeting in a sweeping diagonal that gives the piece a graphic, almost two-tone contrast. The round post topper echoes the pavé setting before letting the heart hang freely just below the lobe.
