A solid gold Miraculous Medal pendant, worn on a chain through its oval bail, rendered in the traditional oval form that has identified this devotional piece since 1830. The front face carries a relief figure of Our Lady standing with rays of light extending from her hands, encircled by the full text of the prayer — "O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee" — running along a polished border. The reverse shows the crowned letter M surmounted by a cross, with the two Sacred Hearts and a ring of twelve stars set against a brushed field, all details faithful to the medal's original iconography.
The pendant is offered in gold across yellow and white options and in two sizes, with the larger format measuring roughly the height of a thumbnail and the smaller sitting closer to a dime — both substantial enough to read clearly but light enough for daily wear.
