14k Yellow Gold Saint Mark Medal Round Pendant

About this piece

This 14k yellow gold pendant is a round Saint Mark medal, designed to hang from a chain through an integrated bail at the top. The face combines two distinct finishes: a polished border frames a satin-textured center relief, where Saint Mark is depicted seated and writing, accompanied by a lion in the background — the traditional iconographic symbol of the evangelist. The words "SAINT MARK" arc along the top and "PRAY FOR US" along the bottom, both cleanly struck into the bright outer rim.

The die-struck construction gives the imagery its crisp, well-defined depth, and the flat back sits comfortably against the skin. At roughly half an inch across, the medal reads clearly without weighing heavily on a chain.

This pendant suits a range of chain styles — a fine cable or curb chain keeps the focus on the medal itself. It wears equally well as an everyday devotional piece or for more formal occasions, and the 14k yellow gold holds its warm tone without special upkeep.
