This 14k yellow gold pendant carries the traditional Miraculous Medal imagery on a rectangular plaque, worn on a chain through the round bail at the top. The front face shows Our Lady of Grace in raised relief against a satin-brushed field, encircled by the prayer text and dated 1830 along the lower edge; a small radiating sun motif crowns the top of the plaque just beneath the bail. The polished border frames the satin center on both sides, giving the piece a quiet contrast that reads clearly at this scale.

The reverse, also finished in satin gold, depicts the Marian monogram — an M surmounted by a cross — surrounded by a ring of twelve stars, two Hearts below, and two smaller crosses, faithful to the medal's established iconography. The side profile shows the pendant's solid construction and the clean seam where front and back meet.
