This 14k yellow gold heart pendant is a domed, puffed charm set with a single round cubic zirconia at its center, designed to hang from a chain through its integrated bail. The front face is polished to a warm yellow-gold brightness and engraved with delicate leaf and vine motifs that radiate outward from the stone, while a fine milgrain border traces the edge of the heart. The reverse shows a stippled, matte-textured surface with the stone's setting visible through the back, and the bail is hallmarked 14K CG as seen in the photos.
